Abstract

SMA Islam Darul Huda merupakan SMA Islam yang berada di desa Sukajadi Kab.Inhu (Kabupaten Indargiri Hulu). Seiring dengan banyaknya siswa yang kurang mampu, maka diadakan program beasiswa. Jenis beasiswa yang diberikan yaitu beasiswa BSKS (Badan Sosial Kesejahteraan Santri) yang setiap tahun diberikan untuk 20 orang siswa. Masalah yang sering timbul pada SMA Islam Darul Huda adalah dalam penyeleksian pengambilan keputusan penerimaan beasiswa secara semi komputerisasi yaitu terjadi kesalahan dalam pengambilan keputusan penerimaan beasiswa karena tidak sesuai dengan kriteria yang ada untuk siswa yang dapat memperoleh beasiswa. Lambatnya dalam proses pengumpulan data yang berhak menerima beasiswa dan susahnya mengambil keputusan hal ini disebabkan karena yang berhak mendapatkan beasiswa jumlahnya banyak, sementara jumlah penerima beasiswa sudah dibatasi jumlahnya.Dikembangkannya sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan beasiswa berbasis web di SMA Islam Darul Huda ini diharapkan akan membuat pelaksanaan penyeleksian beasiswa menjadi lebih transparan, sehingga dengan sistem ini para calon penerima beasiswa tidak perlu bersusah payah mendatangi sekolah untuk sekedar melihat pengumuman atau informasi, dan pihak sekolah juga dapat melihat informasi yang berkaitan dengan penyeleksian penerimaan beasiswa. Dengan demikian, sistem ini akan menjadikan proses pendataan lebih mudah dan cepat. Penyeleksian penerimaan beasiswa akan menjadi lebih efisien, baik dalam hal waktu, tempat, biaya, maupun tenaga.

Abstract

Based on observations made on the system of assessment of Employee Target (SKP) at the office of the election commission of Riau Province is still less than optimal because the data input and processed in a conventional way in the assessment of Employee Work Objectives (SKP), resulting in generating a valid report Take a long time and have trouble. In assessing the Employee Work Objectives (SKP) is still less effective because it requires a long and quite complicated calculation formula. This is because the absence of a system that can support the assessment process. For that required a system that can provide solutions to the problem, this system is made using the programming language PHP, HTML and MySQL as the database. For the design of the system using UML (Unified Modeling Language) which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams and sequence diagrams. The purpose of making this system is to provide solutions from existing problems, simplify the process of employee performance appraisal, assessment of Employee Work Objectives (SKP) which initially only using Microsoft Excel assessment, with the system then the assessment process Employees Objectives (SKP) Done automatically to improve the performance of office agencies and optimize the performance of the officials of the Riau provincial election commission office.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini penulis membangun dan merancang sistem pengelolaan data keberangkataan penumpang pada PT. Indah Travel Pekanbaru, beberapa permasalahan seperti pencatatan data transaksi pemesanan tiket yang masih menggunakan buku, kesulitan dalam memonitoring jadwal keberangkatan armada, sulit dalam pencarian data sesuai informasi yang diperlukan, penyimpanan data-data pemesanan tiket yang tidak terkelola dengan baik. Permasalahan itu disebabkan karena pengelolaan data yang masih bersifat manual atau belum terkomputerisasi. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut, maka dibuat aplikasi pengelolaan data keberangkatan penumpang, yang mana dalam perancangannya sistem ini dibangun menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL sebagai database. Tujuan utamanya adalah untuk membantu mengoptimalkan kinerja petugas tiket lebih efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the success of the website of Borobudur University using Delone & Mclean Model. Variables used in this research are the quality of information, system quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The research population is a regular student at the University of Borobudur, with a population of 431 people. The number of samples used in this research was 82 people, with a significance level of 10%. Meanwhile, in determining the sample using non probability sampling approach by using accidental sampling technique. Data collection activities were conducted using questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, to describe the profile of respondents and to know the user perception of research variables. Based on the results of research, showed that students' perceptions of the website of the University of Borobudur is high. While based on the results of hypothesis testing, also obtained result that all hypothesis in test accepted, where there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality to the user satisfaction of website, there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality to the user satisfaction of website, and there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality to user satisfaction of website.

Abstract

Agro Abadi is a palm oil plantation company located in Buluh Nipis village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency, Riau, Indonesia. The current inventory system called The GL Program which is still desktop based and its performance is less efficient. The expenditure of goods from warehouses and bookkeeping using the manual journal (handwritten), which sometimes made a mismatch result between stock data and the actual stock of goods, in addition to stock checking takes a relatively long time. The report display of this program is incomplete because of unable to display per sub-item name, and there is no price info of goods displayed. This program has still many tables that are not needed and have nothing to do with the system running. Keyword : Inventory, PT. Agro Abadi

Abstract

Voting telah menjadi salah satu metode untuk mengambil keputusan penting dalam kehidupan manusia, voting digunakan mulai dari kehidupan kecil seperti keluarga sampai yang terbesar seperti halnya pemilihan ketua atau presiden dalam organisasi. Pemilihan Presiden Mahasiswa di kampus STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru, masih dilakukan secara manual. Seluruh mahasiswa aktif langsung datang ke tempat pengumutan suara pada saat hari pemilihan. Kemudian Mahasiswa akan masuk di bilik tempat pengumutan suara lalu melakukan hak pilihnya dengan cara mencoblos atau mencontreng kertas suara yang kemudian akan dimasukan ke kotak suara. Setelah proses pengumutan suara selesai kemudian akan dilakukan penghitungan hasil suara. Pemungutan suara adalah bagian penting dari proses pemilihan umum secara demokratis, saat ini proses pemungutan suara di STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru masih dilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu menggunakan media kertas suara. Electronicvoting atau biasa disebut e- voting adalah alat proses demokrasi pada masa depan untuk melakukan proses pemungutan suara dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Aplikasi e-voting untuk Pemilihan Ketua Presiden Mahasiswa STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru Berbasis Android adalah sebuah aplikasi yang mampu membantu dalam kegiatan pemilihan Presiden Mahasiswa STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru . Aplikasi dibuat dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman java,XML, dan PHP .

Abstract

The lack of information on small and Medium Businesses (SMEs) that are accepted by the people of the city of Pekanbaru, making them difficult to get information about the Small Medium Enterprise (SME) whether it be the place or location of the business. As for the information provided is merely in the form of a brochure and it does not display all the information that you want. The information is dispersed either brochures, banners and the like are sometimes not valid or already expired. So when people who want to look for a Small to medium enterprise (SME) they sometimes did not find it. To solve the problem required an information service in the form of a website/startup that secure information quickly, precisely according to your needs and make it easy for the user community in Pekanbaru in particular looking a Small And Medium Businesses (Smes).
